You can spend it anyway you want on products or services inside the BP market economy. You can use it for restaurant, bar, groceries, travel, cruise, furniture, renovations, repairs and much more. Just call BP anytime you need to buy or sell.
3:Do I earn points for any purchase?
No, you dont earn points for purchasing. The barter dollar is just like any currency. It has the same value than the US or Canadian dollars. We do not redeem points. Here, we provide you with an account just like the banks do. You earn or spend your trade dollars by doing business with other members by exchanging any products or services. Barter exchange account works like an account with credit or debit minus or plus system.
4:How can I earn BP trade dollars?
At the beginning, your account will be zero. You will earn dollars by selling to other members. You can advertise your request in the Barter Exchange Forum. All our members will see your request to buy or sell a product or service, they will contact BP if interested and we will notify you of their interest and we will both match you. After transaction, each side will provide BP Barter Exchange a commission fee.
5:What about the tax situation in Barter Exchange?
Revenue Canada accepts our Barter dollar as the equivalent of one Canadian dollar. You have to report all your earnings and Barter revenue . The system works exactly like with the real cash.
